We’re constantly working to create the best community experience with an amenity-rich lifestyle that’s enjoyable for everyone.
Dry Creek Ranch is all about creating a one-of-a-kind living experience. It all started with a dream to develop Idaho’s first truly sustainable community, with a focal point on healthy living. Specifically, we noticed there is incredible demand in the Treasure Valley for a locally sourced, farm to table lifestyle. Upon hiring a dedicated farm manager, allotting acreage to the project, and ensuring the highest quality farming procedures, we’re proud of Dry Creek Ranch’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. This means residents and members of the surrounding communities will have the chance to sign up to receive produce that is planted, raised, and harvested right from Dry Creek Ranch’s property.
A riding arena gives residents a space for riding lessons and allows for dressage or western pleasure riding competitions. Throughout the neighborhood, groomed trails will accommodate those looking to enjoy a tranquil and scenic ride. Dry Creek Ranch’s larger home lots will also provide an option to construct modest horse stables.
The trail system will accommodate walkers, runners, strollers, dog-walkers, bikers, hikers, and even horses. 3.4 miles of greenbelt will run along both sides of Dry Creek, and over a dozen miles of interconnected trails will be featured. Several miles of well-groomed gravel and dirt trails will also connect the neighborhood to surrounding communities, the Ridge to Rivers Trail System, and connect bikers to the acclaimed City of Eagle Bike Park.
Our gorgeous community center with its incredible pool offers endless opportunities for summer fun, a space to lounge, community events, and the ability to rent space for your parties. Two more community centers and pools are slated to be constructed.
The future school in Dry Creek Ranch will serve young residents and neighboring communities. More details to come.
